Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use JobAmmo. Short version: the documents we generate are yours, check them before sending, and use the service fairly.

The service

  • JobAmmo generates job application documents (CV rewrite, cover letter, interview preparation and related deliverables) based on the CV and job listing you provide.
  • The output is AI-generated. You are responsible for checking it before you send it to an employer: verify that every fact about you is correct.
  • The free tier gives you a complete kit in text form. Paid unlocks (templates, downloads, extra deliverables) are described on the site at the moment of purchase.

Your content

  • Your CV, profile and job listings remain yours. You grant us the limited right to process them for the sole purpose of generating your documents.
  • The documents JobAmmo generates for you are yours to use without restriction.
  • You may not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use, and you may not use the service to mislead employers about your identity.

Fair use

  • The service is intended for individual job seekers. Automated scraping, reselling of generated output, or bulk generation is not allowed.
  • We may limit or block usage that harms the service or other users.

Liability

  • JobAmmo is a tool that supports your application; it does not guarantee interviews or offers, except where an explicit guarantee with its own conditions is stated on the site.
  • The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

  • We can update these terms; material changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
  • You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Applicable law

  • These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
